Note - Not all startups survive; but I do.
The last two startups I joined unfortunately shut down, but each gave me the chance to build from scratch, wear multiple hats, and work under pressure. I don't see these as gaps; I see them as proof that I show up, commit, and grow, no matter the outcome.
